Currency and payment availability

Prices are displayed in USD. The payment choices currently available for an order are shown at checkout. A successful authorization is required before normal 1–2 business-day order processing begins.

Authorization outcomes

A bank or payment provider may approve, decline, verify, or temporarily hold an amount. Accurate billing information can help avoid delays. For a decline or pending hold, the issuing institution is usually best placed to explain the result.

Payment security

Payment details are handled through the store's commerce and payment providers. Do not send a full card number, password, or one-time verification code through ordinary support messages.

Refunds and assistance

When a refund is approved, it is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; posting time at the bank is additional. Review the Refund Policy or use Contact Us for assistance.
