Shipping Policy

From authorization to dispatch

Orders for reusable drinkware, food containers, and accessories normally need 1–2 business days to process after payment authorization. This preparation period is separate from travel time.

Transit and delivery

After dispatch, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and carrier conditions can change an estimate rather than guarantee a delivery date.

Address and tracking care

Please review the delivery address before placing an order. Tracking is provided when available. If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or shows an unexpected scan, email yipavosul73@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details so the shipment can be reviewed.

Charges and destinations

Available destinations, currency, and any delivery charge appear in the current storefront or checkout. We do not replace those live terms with a separate promise on this page.
