Refund Policy

Thirty-day request window

A return or exchange request may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Eligible change-of-mind or incorrectly selected items must be new, unused, and in their original condition. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items may also be reported without requiring the problem itself to be undamaged.

Request and approval

Email yipavosul73@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and photographs or video when the item has a problem. Wait for approval and the accurate return address before mailing anything. The General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.

Label, mailing, and exchanges

A free prepaid return label is included in the package. If it is missing or lost, contact us for help. Approved returns are mailed back under the supplied directions, with no restocking fee. Eligible exchanges depend on review and available inventory.

Refund timing

Once a refund is approved, we will process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
